Yoga



Up next on my journey of shoulder recovery is the "Yoga Beginnings" class set to start in 18 minutes. Earlier this week I discovered that I can do Down Dog and can also do half push-ups (on my knees) and am able to stretch out my arms to hold the pull-up bar in a mostly balanced way. Still have a bit of a back sway to compensate, but it's not as bad as it was before. My body is giving me the signals that I'm ready to do more with it. So yoga, here I come.
